7. Employment & HR Policy
a. Recruitment
Hiring shall be merit-based, transparent, and in alignment with the company’s staffing needs.
b. Work Hours
Normal work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility for field staff and remote roles).
c. Leave Policy
Employees are entitled to:

5 days sick leave (extendable with a medical report)

Maternity/paternity leave in line with labor laws
d. Performance Appraisal
Staff will be evaluated quarterly on deliverables, KPIs, teamwork, and impact.
e. Disciplinary Measures
Violations of company policy may result in warning, suspension, or termination depending on severity.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and take all necessary steps to secure customer and employee data.
