You may submit content (e.g., profile information, feedback, property listings). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display this content solely to provide and improve the Services.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if:

• We suspect fraud or illegal activity;

• We are required by law to do so.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria, and the venue shall be in Abuja, Nigeria.

15. Refund Policy

At SafeNest Africa Solutions Ltd, we are committed to customer satisfaction and transparent financial practices. Refunds are handled under the following guidelines:

15.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

• Duplicate charges or billing errors;

• Failed transactions resulting in customer debit;

• Service not delivered due to platform error.

15.2 Exclusions

Refunds are not applicable to:

• Savings contributions or cooperative-related loan payments;

• Utility payments once processed;

• Transaction fees or service charges already executed.

15.3 Request Procedure

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction via:

Include your transaction ID, amount, date, and a brief explanation.

15.4 Processing Time

We aim to process eligible refunds within 5–10 working days after verification.

15.5 Dispute and Chargeback

We may temporarily suspend user accounts if a chargeback is initiated until the issue is resolved. Fraudulent or abusive refund requests may result in permanent suspension.

15.6 Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy. All updates will be made available on our website and mobile application.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
